At Meals Farm, you’ll find a peaceful countryside retreat offering four beautifully appointed holiday cottages, three self‑contained double courtyard rooms, and an Adults‑Only CL Motorhome & Caravan site.

Nestled on the edge of a lively Lincolnshire village and just a two‑minute drive from the coast, Meals Farm is the perfect place for you and your family to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the tranquillity of rural life.

All four of our cottages hold a 4‑star rating. The Nursery, our largest cottage, was thoughtfully converted in 2005 into a spacious, single‑storey two‑bedroom home-from-home, designed with accessibility and comfort in mind. The Granary, The Mill House, and The Stables have each been lovingly restored from 18th‑ and 19th‑century farm buildings, preserving their original character while offering all the modern comforts you’d expect today.

Arranged around a central courtyard, the cottages sit close together—ideal for larger groups or families who want to stay near one another.

Also surrounding the courtyard are our three double courtyard rooms, perfect for short stays. Each room features its own private entrance, an ensuite shower room, and a comfortable double bed for up to two guests.

For visitors bringing their own accommodation, our secluded five‑pitch Caravan Club Certificated Location offers one acre of open‑aspect yet wonderfully private Lincolnshire countryside—an idyllic spot to relax and recharge.
